Accommodation is prepared here: http://kempnadjezem.webpark.cz/
Camp is in that weekend closed: "Only for Lada-visitors" :)

Can I have some more questions?

1. None of us knows the Czech language. The camp looks nice, is there a bungalow, or we should bring camps? If needed, I can start a vote about the needs. But I should know the possibilities and prices.
2. I'm in contact with lada fans from all the world. Should I mention / advertize the meeting for them? Are they welcome? (from sweden, england, bulgaria, romania, etc.)
3. Is there any entry fee for the meeting? I mean for entry, for racing at the airstrip, etc.?

Thank You for Your help

1.) http://kempnadjezem.webpark.cz/ubytovani.htm
"Ubytování = Accommodation"
Bungalows are for three, four or five people.
Price is 105 CZK/1 person - 1 day + 14 CZK payment for village.
Car - 10 CZK/1 day. Dog - 15 CZK/day.
In own tent is price: 40CZK/tent + 20CZK/person/day.
In camp is also a very good kitchen :)

2.)yes, yes, yes! We invite all Lada funs from all the world!

3.)I don`t know yet. Maybe a symbolic entrance fee to airfield rental. This is in phase of problems solution.

Do You mean we can buy good food, or we can make it?

Hello

this is Zoli Houdek from Hungary, chairman of Circle of Lada Friends (www.zsiguli.hu), team-mate of Eszgyé :-).

I set up a mailing list at yahoo, where Hungarian visitors of the meeting can get to know all latest info about the international meeting.. There is also a database on Yahoo web interface, where everyone may sign up for the meeting. Therefore we can provide you with an exact number of hungarian visitors. I organized many events in HU, so that I know there is always a +/- 10-15% of the originally confirmed number of visitors.

Mailing list for Hungarian visitors (in HU language!) is at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nemzetkozitali/

We plan to travel to the meeting spot at Friday afternoon (arriving there in the evening), I hope it is possible to take accomodations at that time. That's because we'd like to take part in all events from Saturday morning, and be not tired. :-).

regards
Zoli

It is good idea to meet with eachother. Estonia ladaklclub has visited finland several times in their every - summer camp. I hope we will meet with you also.

HI!

Im Jonathan Walsh, I live in the UK, a lot of the Hungarians and some Polish will know me as i have atended the meetings in Hungary.

Thankyou to who emailed me about the event, sorry, you left no name!

I have advertised this event on the Lada.co.uk, but to very little suport. Ill be honest, my car is in peices in the driveway now, but i will hopefully be at this meeting with my 2105 rally car, its a bit unusual ;)

Actualy my main concern is not the car, its getting lost in your country LOL! I am sure that can be sorted by a navigator.

Thankyou, and hope to see you all soon :D :D :D :D

Most of us will stay in camp, but if you don't like it, there are some alternatives: http://www.hotel-bechyne.cz/

To Pilsen it is easy way. Little bit harder it is through Pilsen and from Pilsen may be useful maps on this page (my horrible work):

http://dem.wz.cz/lada/sraz200605.html

Maybe I can scan paper maps with localized names of places - traffic signs is good to Písek, last 5-10 km is little bit confusing - but we can find anyone in trouble ;-)
