Is there anyone out there?

Can we book a cabin by email or phone now? How many people do they sleep and is there contact information available to make a booking?

We UK based people need to book ferries in order to cross the water and the sooner we book the less we pay. If we leave this too late it may be too expensive to come.

Hi, i can talk as organisator, but i can tell you "dont worry" there more posibility of accomodation in that place (at village etc.) and of course that manage czech ladist for himself.

OK, please take this message as a negative confirmation: I cancel my trip. I wouldnt detail the reasons on this public forum, I dont want to hurt anyone. Please dont take this post any offensive.
If you would apreciate my 5+ year experiences and collected advises on how to organize 2-3 day long meetings for 50+ cars and 100+ persons, just feel free to mail me at zhoudek@freemail.hu

Well I'm still going and from the UK too. Hopefully arriving on mainland Europe Monday and taking in some overnight stop-overs along the way.

We'll be there on Friday.

PLEASE be patient with us, this is our first official and legally organised meeting, but we have already six unofficial meetings behind us, without any problems! Don't react panicly... Just book your eurotunnels or whatever and trust us! Thak you for your patience.

would it be possible to book one cabin for the UK side? There is at least two of us but maybe more if we can secure 1 cabin? I can book direct if it's easier but if you can guarentee 1 cabin for the UK people it will put our minds at rest.

If thuings change and the cabin has empty beds we can re arrange on the Friday?

ANd if possible I apriciate if you could book one for estonian people too. There should come 3 cars at the moment (2 is for sure - 5 persons) - max 8 persons. Ofcourse it is possible to sleep in tents too.
I checked this page and there is no engilish - so unfortunately i can not do it by myself.

Myso I can cover 26 to 30mhz so you pick the channel that's good for the Czech republic and I'll find you there.

I'm trying to get in tiouch with other British guys to confirm a cabin, if not, I'll take one all the same.

in the moment we are 3 or 4 cars / ladist from germany and 1 niva from austria (Vienna).
Can be in the next days, that the one or other want to arrive too. If not enough cabins - is camping possibe?
