Hello ,

From Estonia there are currently 2 cars who will join with this fantastick meeting (hopefully nothing wont happened)
I hope we have possiblity to join to some group, otherwise we might get lost

We are planning to be In Czech on friday morning/day - depends on traffic.

Hello,

I'd like to ask the Organizers of the event, if everything is OK?
There is no further info for weeks and weeks now..
I mean some kind of schedule (what time is the first event of the meeting), did the camping confirm the booking, etc...
:-)

we'll be there with at least 4 cars, probably more.

We are waiting for final answer from owner (Czech army). Patrac have made great part of work on it. We booked all camp "Nad jezem", don't worry.

If we will get no answer in few days, meeting may be moved to another place in the same date. We hope that first option will be ok.

I have changed this to avoid confusing. The date of meeting will not move.

OK, if you allow just a short comment, based on many (15+) meetings organized by our club, during 5+ years:

If you dont maintain a constant information flow, many signed-up meeting visitors will think there will be no meeting. You have to maintain their attention, otherwise they assume "oh this meeting is dying, noone cares after, lets go to the Croatian seashore instead". So, about every step (or if there's no step, then about anything important) you would need to post a message. At least a few messages per week. I dont ask you to do that, I just shared my own experiences with you :-)

In addition, we took the place and time of the event 100% sure, we took our paid vacations for Friday, and John (UK) is about to book the ferry/tunnel tickets... hope the original time will be confirmed, army says "ok".

Hi zoli, we'll do our best to confirm the original date. I hope in the worst case only the place'll change... We'll post here as soon as we know anything new, ok?

of course it is OK
I understand and I know how difficult it is.
We also had arguments and fights with owners of diffrenent places (airport, rallycross circuit, etc), I know how it goes.

Hi,

I also heard that Finnish are also planning to join.. Lets see.
In Estonia there are also several people already taken out theyr vacation for this time.
Could maybe someone give me messenger address or just e-mail address to discuss how to get there? Or how to joint to groups and things like that? Maybe from Baltic countries or from Poland?

hi,

As Zolli says, im booking eurotunnel very soon, and would like 100% confimation on dates etc to know what is happening.

My plan is Liverpool, Budapest, Meeting, Liverpool.

Long drive but cant wait

So:
1) We are working on searching other places for safe. Now we have found more than four and we are trying to contact owners.
2) On Tuesday we will know if Bechyne will be confirmed or not. If yes, everything is alright.
3) If not, on Tuesday we will also know if we can acquire some of alternative places. I think that till the end of the next week (9th April) we will know everything we need.

The date of meeting is still the same. We are working on it.

To move meeting date is as the last solution after all above.

Is there any update regarding this place? Will the camp place remains the one what as mentioned before?
I also would apriciate if someone from Poland or czech or lithuania could gave me msn address or phone number that we could communicate with eachother to find the wayt there.
