You say in the other thread that we'll be at Červený Mlýn in the evening. Is this the boarding house? Have you any prices for the boarding house and what the sleeping arrangements are inside?

additional bed 250,- Kč

Cabin 130 Kč per bed and day
Bedding for person and all days in cabin 40,- Kč

We don't know if it is so bad, it said owners of the camp and noone of us was there to see. They say that it is wet permanently due to water from forest.

This weekend is very cold and rainy, but from the next week it looks much better.

Between Amberg and Bechyně you will go on highway D5 through Rozvadov and Pilsen.
If you want to go to Bechyne, you have to turn right from D5 to Pilsen (Plzeň on traffic sings in czech). It is after about 40 minutes from borders (c. 60-70 kilometers). Before you go, we can collude and I will wait there (I hope I won't have to be in too many places in the same time

)

I was intending to go from Amberg to Klatovy, Pisek and then Bechyne. If you're meeting up with others in Plzen then I'd be interested in meeting up there.

Have you arranged a landmark in Plzen that everyone can meet at?

All ferries/boats and fares are now paid for so theres no turning back!

I don't know how many cars will go with me - at this time I'm alone, three friends will go on saturday morning. Many cars will go from east

So you can go on any way - I offer this because the last part of the way to meeting is worst and I know this way. D5 is clear and quiet, but boring. Klatovy, Pisek is heavy traffic, but maybe interesting.

Carsten: do you want to go with me on friday or to find the way alone or someone else?

I will do that like before the last meeting - I say where and when I will be and anyone can join me. Contact to me is valid till 19.5. at about 3pm.

i have sad news, unfortunatly my new engine decided to somehow punch a hole in the block, reson: Unknown...

So basicaly, becasue of this i will not be able to come to the meeting........

.... WIll not be able to come to the meeting with a fast lada!!!

I have a 1500 that ill be putting in tomorow, :headbang:

Ferry is booked also so im 100% comming... :happy3:

So far from the Uk its Me with my 2105 [slow] rally car, Burnsey with his niva, and Paul with his 2101!

well, the 1600 was not very special, but it had skimmed block, skimmed head, ported and bigger inlet valves froma pug and LA4 cam. Not as i say overly special, but enogh on a road rally to beet those Mkii escorts!

Dont get me wrong, im not complaining! 1500 Lada engine, its not that powerful as such, but its a very flexible engine, with a nice carb, and the Lada chassie, down the lanes in the Uk, its a very powerful tool

And more importantly, its going to get me to your meeting

Majo, what car will you come by to the meeting? I would love to see your 2104!

Majo, looks really nice! I had a 2104 but it was a little rusty and went to the big car park in the sky. I love 2104 escpeicaly when people modify them! Yours looks very nice.
